• Verification data: for Creators, a government-issued ID and a selfie or video used solely to verify identity and age, in compliance with our age-verification obligations;
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment partners (Stripe and Mercado Pago); we retain only transaction references, not full card numbers;
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, IP address, and interactions with content, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookies Policy);
• Communications: messages you send to other users or to our support team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide and operate the Service; process payments and payouts; verify age and identity of Creators; personalize content and recommendations; communicate with you about your account, transactions or updates; prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for); compliance with legal obligations (such as age verification and financial record-keeping); our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, platform security); and, where required, your consent (such as for marketing communications).

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with: payment processors (Stripe, Mercado Pago) to process transactions; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf; law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of World Fan Club or third parties; and other users, limited to the public profile information you choose to display.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and financial record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Age and identity verification records for Creators are retained for the period required by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law (including the LGPD), you have the right to: confirm the existence of processing; access your data; correct incomplete or inaccurate data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; request portability of your data; and revoke consent, where consent is the basis for processing. 7. Age Restriction

The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Some of our service providers may process data outside of Brazil. When this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, consistent with LGPD requirements for international data transfers.
